You can't unfortunately. If you legally changed your name you could use your court documents. You can only be legally pronounced dead. You could however put an obituary in the paper. You don't need any documents for that.

I guess I don't understand the question completely...
You need to show your own death certificate, so your name can be removed from a list?
What kind of list, a list of dead people?
That's the only list that makes sense here, since it makes no sense in itself...

Here's a thought though... If you can type questions here, you aren't dead. Just show up with a legal I.D. and prove you ain't dead, that ought to get you off the list.

Sorry, I can't think of a legitimate reason for getting a fake death certificate. What kind of organization won't remove you from their list unless you're dead? If it's a legitimate list with a purpose, such as a child molester list, you should be on it. If it's just a commercial group, you can ask to be removed, even if you're alive.

What list would that be? A Wanted list? A sex offenders list? Are you not using your true name now? What does this have to do with health? This is all very suspicious and illegal in any country...In any case I don't think anyone will provide you with such.

Did you know that fraud is a crime and you can end up in prison with very bad people who would kill you for a cigarette or two?

I guess that's one way to get removed from the list.

That is extraordinarily illegal. Don't do it. It could have horrible ramifications. There are better ways to get off of lists.
