Find a Great pair of running shoes (ask clerk for advise) and set yourself aside time to run. It's best if you haven't been running, to run one mile, more if you can handle it, three times a week, and more often thereafter as your body gets more in shape.

All you really need is some decent running shoes. The hardest part is that first step. Once you get going it's not so bad!

Must you...when there are so many other great exercises which don't adversely impact the ankles, knees, hips, etc?
