It is up to their belief, but I think Circumcision is essential
to be a true Christian.
No where Jesus has restricted to do Circumcision.
God has given clear orders to do it.
In modern era, we have latest technologies to do
it in safe way.

back than, circumcision was necessary under the god's convenient with the Israelites, however, Jesus, when he came, made all laws and ways of that specific covenant unnecessary. including circumcising, it was a issue brought up many times for the first century Christians, but they finally decided, with god's holy spirit to guide them, that it was unnecessary.
so now a days true Christians do not have to get circumcised, like the Israelites had to.
it was an issue back than because Jesus told his worshipers to go off and preach to all the nations, and for gentiles to join the Christians, it was no longer a strictly Jewish thing anymore, so whether or not gentiles or outsiders had to get circumcised became a very problematic issue in the times after Jesus died. and many left the christian organization because of it, starting their own false beliefs and such which included having to get circumcised. why they were so hung up about circumcision even after the governing body of apostles agreed that it was unnecessary (1 Corinthians 7:19) is still beyond me.

Many do... I had four boys, and each was circumcised... not necessarily because of Jewish law... but for basic health reasons... Christianity does not require circumcision, Judaism does...
Jesus realized that what we do to the flesh is really trivial compared to what we do with our hearts... We must be circumcised in our hearts...
Romans 2:29
No, a man is a Jew if he is one inwardly; and circumcision is circumcision of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the written code. Such a man's praise is not from men, but from God.

Gen. 17:12, Lev. 12:3 - these texts show the circumcision of eight-day old babies as the way of entering into the Old Covenant
Col 2:11-12 - however, baptism is the new "circumcision" for all people of the New Covenant. Therefore, baptism is for babies as well as adults. God did not make His new Covenant narrower than the old Covenant. To the contrary, He made it wider, for both Jews and Gentiles, infants and adults.

Some do, but it is not a requirement anymore.
1 Corinthians 7:19-"Circumcision does not mean a thing, and uncircumcision means not a thing, but observance of God’s commandments [does]."

You need to read Acts 15.
And then Galatians 3.
We are fulfilling the Law by faith, that's Roman 8.

Circumcision is involuntary mutilation. Laws should protect children from this unnecessary and inappropriate procedure.
Circumcision is not "healthy" ... it's equivalent to parents deciding to have their child's earlobes removed at birth.

I have a friend who didn't circumcise her son because she said she wanted him to make the decision when he gets older.

Circumcision is only mandated in the Jewish faith. Nowadays it has lost popularity in Christians who did it only for cleanliness.
