Go to mcdonalds or some other fast food restaurant and get something off the dollar menu that always seems to work for a cheap price and plus you get full in the meantime. Peace dude.

I would buy a stick, knife, matches, and metal rod. Go down to the local pond and kill a few ducks. Then you cook them with the matches and then eat them!
Thats the only thing I can think of will 3 ducks...oh you said 3 bucks... go to wendys

two hot dogs and a bag of chips! Slice of Pizza and a bag of chips! Dollar menu, bagle and cream cheese from Dunks, Go to a local gas station, youll be surprised what you can get for $3.00

Go to the grocery store and you should be able to put together a lunch for under $3...but it's not as quick as a fast food restaurant.
