Look, you obviously have a computer, and I'm going to guess that it came with a fax modem (but that may not be correct).
Scan your document into your computer. Open the document, and then "Print..." and then select your fax modem as the printer. Then other boxes will pop up asking for details like the phone number and if you want a cover sheet.

Kinkos will fax anything for a small charge.
If this is one of those, gotcha, questions then my answer would be:
Just how long have you been on the earth?
Faxing is done in so many places.
You can't tell me that you have never seen an ad or a store front that advertises faxing capabilities.

You can try faxing online! It's easy to use and reliable. Faxes are sent/received in your email inbox, so you can fax just about anywhere. With MyFax you only have to sign up for a month and it will probably be cheaper than going to a store and paying to fax documents, not to mention a lot less of a hassle. Take a look at http://www.myfax.com

A lawyer's office will have a fax. They may charge you for its use. Most churches have fax machines. Most government offices have faxes. Not positive, but I think that UPS stores have faxes for use but again, they charge you to use it. Hope that helps

There are many places that offer outgoing fax service for a fee: grocery store customer service, postal stores including the Post Offices, libraries, Kinkos, etc. The cost is usually based on the number of pages and the location (local vs long distance). My favorite is the postal stores, because they are in every shopping center!

Try Kinko's or some place like that. That's where I went when I had to fax something.

Most copy shops have the ability (Surely Kinkos hasn't run out all of the mom and pop copy shops in your area). Places like Mail Boxes Etc usually have one available to the public. Some banks will have one. You can always try a Walmart or Kroger. Our Kroger will give you money orders, have pay copy machines, and take mail. Finally, a library...if the city library doesn't a local college library might.

If you don't want to use Kinko's or the library, then use the e-fax function on your computer. You obviously have a modem, so voila...there you go. Now go fax that hatemail.
