Small is like below average which is 5-7.
Big is some what above average which is 5-7.
Big=8+
Small=4 and below.

about 6.5inches is average. that does not take into account how wide or thick the penis is.
some women can take on large penises, and other women have more difficulty with larger ones. Too large only means pain, stretching, and maybe even bleeding. Not fun. How large is too large?Too small? It's relative to what the woman can take. And women vary in size just like men.

the correct form of plural for penis is peni.
I'm not sure about your other question. I would guess 5 inches is a bit too small.. but 9 is way to big. 7 1/2 inches is a good size... as long as its not too thin. Girth is good!

There is no official penis-size guidelines... your penis should be appropriately sized to your body.
I guess your penis would be too small if it was the same size as when you were 5 years old... and would be too big if you were tripping over it when you walk.

average is probably about 6-7" or so. use that as the middle ground to gauge.

anything under 5" is too small, anything thing you cant make a fist around is too skinny
