I have asked this question before and the only answer I recieved was:

"Ottaman?" "Turkey?"

I would like for someone to discern the common thread of:

Aleph

Harlequin

Dervish

(and, yes indeed this is spiritual/religious question...otherwise i would not be asking it here!)

A Whirling Dervish is a group in the middle east that dances twirling in circles.... The word 'dervish' by itself refers to a sufi muslim sect.

Harlequin (Arlecchino in Italian, Arlequin in French) is the most popular of the zanni or comic servant characters from the Italian Commedia dell'Arte.

Aleph is the first letter in the Hebrew and Arabic alphabet...
What relationship these have with each other is unknown.
