I know the old excuses about sitting home alone at night while he is with his wife, etc but I have found every single guy that I have met to be the same way. The single men that Ihave dated have left me sitting home on friday night and never have time for me and they are single. The married men seem to make more effort and are willing to drive all the way over to where I live where as the single ones make excuses about distances.

Uh, because a married man is just using you and won't mean it if he promises to leave his wife/family for you.

You would waste your time and become frustrated, resentful, lonely sitting at home.

There are plenty of nice, single men out there; you obviously haven't found one yet maybe because you aren't looking in the right places.

It is better to date a single man because...he has more free time for you and he will not be cheating with you. The married man has a wife and sometimes children...and he is basically cheating on his wife for you. Morally, it is wrong. Besides, if she finds out who you are...it might get out of hand and perhaps violent. But besides that, he will have less time for you.

Also, think about it this way...if he is cheating on his wife..why would he not be cheating on you as well? If you are serious about relationships..you need someone you can trust. Being married already, you cannot trust him from the beginning. A single guy may not be trusted too, but at least there is a chance he can be. Stick to single guys, maybe you have just not dated the right ones yet.

For one thing, you will have more self-respect if you date single guys. Don't be "the other woman" anymore. What goes around, comes around. You will never be happy as long as you date married men. You are causing them to commit adultery and you are ruining marriages. Do you really expect these relationships to be solid even if the men leave their wives. They are with you because they are dissatisfied with their lives. They may give up those lives for you but they won't be happy with you either and will eventually dump you as well. You just haven't found the right guy yet, but until you get a concience, who will want to be with you? The good guys don't look for women who sleep around with married men. Who knows how many diseases you might have.

If you're wanting a "committed relationship" you'll never have that with a married man. With a married man, you'll always be "the other woman" and you'll always be second best. In the long run, nothing good ever comes from dating a married man. Just hang in there, the right, single, guy will come along that will be right for you.

well... the way the married man acts towards his wife is the same way he would act towards you. If you ask me cheating is the most disrespectful thing a man could do to a woman and vice versa... is that the kind of man you want to be with? Single men might be immature, but at least you come first or at least have the potential to come first and be the only woman in his life.
