Most likely allergies to something in the house. It could be something as simple as a scent in your house, like Febreeze or Lysol. You could try eliminating these things one at a time to find out what's bother them.

They could have allergies -- I have one that sneezes a lot -- the vet recommended giving her Lysene -- it's an amino acid -- you can find it with the vitamins and supplements (people section). Crush half a pill and put it in their soft food (you can't overdose them on it).
Correction:
The Lysene is for feline herpes. Thanks macleod709!

I would start spraying some lysol which will make them sneeze more when you first spray it but will kill the bacteria that may be causing it.

Don't use lysol!!! Anything with phenyl (check the label) is deadly to cats (this includes Lysol)
Sounds like they have cat flu or possibly allergies. Please take them to the vet for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Could be an upper respiratory problem (kitty cold), which is contagious. Should see the vet.

It could be anything, I would suggest you take them to the vet to make sure its not something serious. If its not serious, it could just be allergies.
