It could be you are not getting enough fluids or something is going on with your blood sugar levels to create that kind if ache and pain. Chart your water intake for a couple days. Consider going into a doctor to get some blood work done & have them check that the supplement you are taking is appropriate.
Eating smaller meals and snacking throughout the day on those healthy foods is better then the three big meals for your anemia. Meanwhile you can get some OTC glucosamine for quick relief from symptoms.

Yes! you are not getting the right amount of nutrients resulting in anemia and possibly a low b12 you need to take a suppliment such as centrium inorder to get the missing vitamins and minerals your body requires inorder to keep your body actually healthy. You should also make sure that you are getting your daily dose of calcium. Your joints and muscles are using up the nutrients your ody lready has resulting in joint and muscular pain. Please look into vitamin suppliments and by the way if you are craving red meat then you are missing iron, protein, b12, viatmin d and more minerals and that is your body telling you to get the nutrients into you.

You need oil for one. Your supposed to have about 2 Tblsp of olive oil a day somehow. Sounds like your on a great diet. Dont mix fats with sugars. Drink alot of water. ALOT, you have to drink tons of water more than you did, when you change to a different diet and stick to it. Red meat doesnt hurt ya. Cant think why it would cause joints to hurt. Do they throb or are they just sore? I would take a small pain reliever and see if that helps.

Not so much sugar withdrawal as your body is detoxing. As your body voids of toxins it can actually give your flu-like symptoms, upset stomach, headache, fatigue, and yes, joint pain. Hang in there, once all the bad stuff is out of your system you will feel like a million bucks!

I also have joint pain in my knees. since each case is different what works or is diagnosed with me may not be the case with you. but do try to see your physician for joint pain.

Could be a variety of things. Try taking iron supplements. Make sure you take a multi-vitamin daily. If the pain doesn't subside try talking to your doctor.
