You never, never put milk in scrambled eggs. This is the recipe for the perfect scrambled eggs.
Serves 1

2 eggs
salt
freshly groung black pepper
About 1oz butter

Beat the eggs, seasoning and about half an ounce of tiny pieces of cubed butter together - do not whisk.

Heat the remaining butter in a thick based saucepan until hot and sizzling, add the egg mixture and cook on a high heat, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon for exactly 1 minute.

Its Okay to eat scrambled eggs without milk. If you keep it very light on what ever milk you do have try a half a teaspoon of liquid coffee milk and some salt mix in a bowl with a fork .

Yes, it is. I did a doubletake when I saw the word "milk" associated with scrambled eggs. Nobody I know adds milk to theirs. If ya wanna kick 'em up a notch, wait until they're done and stir in a bit of grated cheese. I like to make mine this way: A dozen jumbo eggs in a large skillet sprayed with Pam or any other non-stick spray. Add a tablespoonful or two of butter and dice an onion and toss it in the skillet. While the onion cooks, shred four ounces of jalapeno cheddar cheese. Break the eggs into the skillet and begin to stir 'em around. Add eight ounces of pre-cooked savory sausage - Jimmy Dean brand is a favorite of mine - and stir the eggs while they cook. When they're done, quickly add the grated jalapeno cheddar cheese, stir it in and serve immediately with whole wheat or rye toast. Don't do this too often; it's very high in fat - but dawg gonnit, that's good!

No sense crying over forgotten milk. What do you mean is it okay? Are you insinuating eggs are rendered usless unless they contain milk? That is silly.

as long as they are thoroughly cooked, yah it's okay. Next time add a little water to make eggs fluffier. Milk tends to make it more dense.
