Yes, there are. Watch the bite, though. If the area around it gets swollen, red, or has little red lines running away from the bite, you need to see a doctor, ASAP.
Also, if you notice that the tissue around the bite is dying, you need to get to the doc. You could have been bitten by a brown recluse.
Most spider bites, though, are from house spiders that do nothing but itch and irritate you. Also, those spider bites take a week or two to heal, but other than that, it isn't really something to worry about.

In most cases with a spider bite Yes If the area turns black or you have any symptoms seek medical attention and do not wait.The blackened skin is necrotic which means the tissue is dying "seek attention" especially If you have pain, nausea, vomitting etc.

yes most of the time unless it swells really bad an u cant see both.sometimes it may only bite and get u with one fang. it all depends.

yes.... they are the fang marks like if you get bit by a snake...just a lot smaller.
