It is full of changes and learning how to think about other people. You are going to see a bigger range of personalities and learn how adolescents solve problems. Work on being a good listener and you will make lots of friends. Some of the fun things I remember from middle school were art class, Spanish and French and German (had funny teachers), door decorating contests, some cool assemblies, and making a bigger range of friends. I also ran into mean people, but that was just the first year. Homework will be more than in elementary school - not necessarily harder, but more of it.

Like all schools, it is fun for some and horrible for others.
The thing that sets Middle School apart is that the students are filled with raging hormones that affect their judgement.
I certainly wouldn't want to go through it again.

It is a lot of fun...
Yeah....but not any meaner than they were in elementary....
Middle school is great you have the opportunity to meet a lot of new people.........Hope this helps!!

It's only fun if you have teachers who are very dedicated to EVERYONE learning. I hope you have a teacher like that.
