Well number 1 you never want to be with a guy who's cocky because he's a cheater and that's for sure. Number 2 distance your self from him a little and that might help him realize if he likes you or not. And number three talk about other guys and make him jealous

Sounds like he's on an ego trip of sorts. Why not look him in the eye the next time he's acting like a dolt and tell him "once I told you I liked you, but, the more you act like this the more I think I shouldn't waste my time". Or, "keep it up, you are making all the other guys look really good".
If he continues, even after these subtle remarks, dump him. Do it in front of those "other" girls with a quip like "you're a likable guy when you're not acting the age of a toddler, but, I think I need to like someone whom will mature into an adult".

Don't be friends with a guy like that. He will just use you when he gets the chance. If you have common friends and you have to be around him, don't give him a lot of attention. If you want to, next time he mentions you liking him, tell him you're over him and have found someone with some personality to like (you don't have to tell him who). This way he will leave you alone. Protect yourself, don't let him hurt you like that. He is not worth liking if he treats girls like that.

Show him how strong and independant your are. Show him what sets you appart from the other girls. Dont ever lower yourself for anybody. Im sure your stronger than that. If he doesnt listen then find someone else who wll notice you and respect u. There are plenty of fish in the sea.

find someone else to like, its sounds like he thinks hes some sort of ladies man. So no matter what you do to try to get his affection, he wont feel the same way about you. I think it would be a waste of your time to try and make things work out

well you already told him you like him but he doesn't want to do anything about it...just MOVE ON...you cannot force any one to like you...unless you want to work it out.
for my own opinion dear you shouldn't admit to him that you like him...instead you just show it...flirting is the best way and most guys liking you back (it depend how you do it)

Learn that you should NEVER go up to any guy and tell him you like him. Why not make sure they have interest in you before you put yourself out like that.
