Waste of money, waste of time. It's very structured, you have very little control, it's not unlike having your parents set you up for an arranged marriage. Email me if you want more details.

Depends on what you are looking for. I was on E-harmony for 6 months. I met up with a few guys from the site, but some just did not match my criteria. However, one of my good friends found his wife to be on eharmony. They've been together for 2 years and are getting married this in 3 weeks.

No one can guarentee a successful marriage. But E-harmony has a very good percentage rate. And I've known a few who have gotten together & married through e-harmony.

I have a friend who tried it 5 years ago. He married her and they have been married for 4 years and are very happy.

I have another friend who tried it for 30 days and dated a couple of different people. She said she would try it again. I have not heard of anything bad said about e-harmony.

It's a waste of time and money its best to walk around wearing a billboard saying you are single looking for someone you will get the same response.

Heck no. On the web, ppl lie like rugs when they are lonely. You never really know what your getting into with someone your not actually face to face with, and even then you shouldn't believe everything.
Proceed if you dare with extreme caution.

I'm going to a wedding this year, they met on E-Harmony. They got engaged 3 months after meeting. It does work. However you have to be patient!

It takes too long to answer the personality survey. It costs to join. It is a waste of time and money.

My friend told me that the service was pretty good. But she dropped out cos she was feeling uncomfortable dating someone on the net. She has nothing against eharmony though.

I never met anyone on there. After spending an hour doing their surveys..I didn't have the $60+ to "join"
