If it was translated from Arabic, it could very well be the right side but hand was used to make it simpler to understand. What most people don't know about the arabic language is that one word could literally have 100 meanings.

I love this question, God does have hands and Jesus does sit at the right hand of God. Just because people think that God having a body gives him limitations is human error.

So, have you seen God? The "right hand of the Father" shows the powerful position Jesus holds. Jesus was transformed and was seen walking around and talking after he arose and before he went to the father.

Christ did no longer have this position till his FATHER exalted him as a effect of his persistence and obedience. So Christ sits on the right hand of God because he has been GIVEN a position of authority with the help of his Father, no longer because he's God himself! How a lot higher can God be exalted than he already is?

We are created in the image of God so clearly He has hands. Jesus was nailed to the cross wasn't He?

Who says God has no hands? You are putting human limitations on God.

Who said God doesn't have hands? I must have missed that part. If man was made in His image, it would be logical to assume He has everything we have, with the exception of possibly a belly button.
