Alcohol lowers inhibitions is not NOT make you horny. Example you meet an attractive person and want to get to know this person for possible romance. Sex is not part of picture but you Can clearly imagine having sex with this person. Your normal inhibitions would have you reframe from sex right after meeting. However once you add alcohol to mix your brain functions different. Your "normal" thinking process is gone and instead of making intelligent decisions you make emotional ones. Thus a person who, under normal conditions, would not have sex so soon after meeting. To answer your question drinking does NOT make you horny.

Drinking doesn't make you horny. Guys are always horny, they don't need alcohol. On the other hand, drinking makes girls slutty. Girls aren't always slutty.
