I was told to call the doctor this morning, So at 9am I called. She said she was busy and would call me back a little later. It's 1:30 and she still hasn't called me. Should I call her back? Or would that be rude? What if she forgot???

No. It is not rude to call back. The doctor might have been very busy and did not remember to return your call. Don't be scared. Just call her.

Call back..she could have forgot, or it's too busy, and it wasn't on her mind at the time.
I wouldn't consider it being rude...you need to get a reach to a doctor..it could of been a mishap!
I've actually was into the same situation.. but I thought... umm.. if I keep waiting.. I ain't gonna get an apointment!

Call her. Remember she is working for you. She may have forgotten or misplaced her note. If you are her patient, it is her job to consult with you, especially if you were asked to call her.
