It is just part of the excitement for them.As far as you not being able to stop watching is because it is amusing to you to watch maybe somewhat comical so it makes your inner noisiness keep watching.

I had some people that used to have sex with their windows open across the street from me, they knew people were watching and I think it was half the reason they did it.
