even if he isnt that great looking, he might b nice or if not at least ur getting back out there again! just go with an open mind and dont wear nething too revealing, so he doesnt get the wrong idea.
be honest from the outset, dont lie n say ur some kind of cad lol will make things difficult in future. make a joke of the fact u havent dated in ages, itl b fine!

You'll be fine babe, if you where sh*t faced Saturday night and you gave him your business card covered in beer and he STILL wants to take you out, then he must really like you.
