I told him i have a b/f but he insists saying i should permit him to be his secret friend in this country.He makes my skin crawl and his voice ever sounds as though he's just woken up or is half asleep!HELP!!!!

Tell him again, this time more angrily and venomously. (I'm a big fan of anger and venom when driving people away.)
If he still doesn't listen, it's time for the public humiliation. Crowd + shouting + obscenities = even if this doesn't work right away, you'll have fun doing it!

tell ur bf to answer when he calls n if u love ur bf or feel strongly about him then mayb change ur num or do something big to get him away
