1. Actually, a 9-year old cannot legally consent to sexual relations. By definition, therefore, it is nonconsensual - and we all know the word for that.
2. Even if a 9-year old could LEGALLY consent, their level of maturity does not allow for them to make a fully informed decision as to whether or not to engage in sexual relations with a 51 year old man.
3. I'll give you this: the question could have been asked better. I assume it was intended to stir up emotion and/or controversy.
