When an illegal uses a fake or stolen SS#, where does the tax payed to that SS# go to, do illegals get that money back when filing income tax? Are illegals exempt from paying sales tax?

You are really annoying. The problem isn't "where does the money go" as you say. It's the peoples lives who get ruined by having their identity stolen. Some illegals have stolen a SS# and bought a house defaulted on the loan and ruined someone else's credit rating, others have stolen SS# and opened a credit card account not paid the charges and again ruined some innocent persons credit rating.
Good for them if they're working and they won't be able to collect, you know why, there are a thousand for every one that works on the books that collect welfare, disability, food stamps, section 8 housing, wic, go to schools for free, etc.

I am certain that the amount the illegals lose to income tax and SS fund are far, far less than what they take in the form of medical treatment at ERs of hospitals, free education, food stamps, etc. This is not a case of them paying in far more than they take out! They are a "net" drain on the economy!

they claim several dependents so their taxes paid out is very little. (they get most of their pay check back) then there are some who get paid under the table. So to answer your question it goes back down to mexico or to walmart.

they get the money back in excange for getting their own id number, which may not be a SS number.
Now, if the IRS can't find them they can't give them the money back so by their own fault they lose it.

i thought they just used the fake cards incase a cop asks them for id , surely they don't use them for w2's all the money made is under the table
