North Korean trying to look bigger than it is.?

Although reality in North Korea has always been a little off from the reality of the World, I think there current nuclear buildup and threats to pretty much everyone is just like an animal that's afraid, it tries to puff itself up and make itself bigger than it really is in order to frighten it's attacker off from attacking it. It's stance is that you attack me and you'll get hurt but in reality it knows, if it's attack it won't survive.

As Bush's policy's in the Middle East have indicated, he's not unwilling like past US Presidents to use force before diplomacy, at least in the past. Being names on par with one of three axis of evil and then all of a sudden seeing one of those axis taken down must scare the **** out of them. And this intense focus on North Korea which usually shuns attention must also be uncomfortable. Once again, Bush's policies might bring our country into another war front. I think it's only a matter of time before we engage them.

Policies do not make War. The US would not attack first, unless provoked.

If the North Koreans want War, all they have to do is to cross the DMZ and shoot the soldiers there.

But they're afraid, especially if China refuses to support their actions.

North Korea still holds on to the ideals and goals of the Stalin era of communism. It is true that the country is practically falling in upon itself. They have no money, no farms that can really support huge communitites, their education system has fallen apart, and little by little they are reverting back to fifedoms with Kim at the head. Every decade or so he will rattle his sabres and make his country look like they can take on the world, when in reality, China tolerates North Korea. Should it ever come down to it, the Chinese would probably invade and take over North Korea before the US and South Korea had a chance to react to any aggressions. Give it a year or two, North Korea will fade from the spot light.

First off, understand that North Korea is a master of mind games. I would even go so far as they being better the China and the US.
Their ace is their good rapport with Iran.
North Korea's brand of communism is called Juche--one that even China and Russia don't really understand and dislikes.

Dubya must be extra careful in dealing with both North Korea and Iran whose unity I call The Diablo Duo of Asia.
The future for the world doesn't seem bright, does it.

I don't know whether North Korea is stronger then it looks like or not. I just know that every country ruled by a warmonger will have to face its consequences at the end. Look how many American troops died in Iraq. And the Pentagon revealed the 40 thousand deserted. So what now? Do you want another war? Are you willing to join the army and fight?

war with korea is definatly a possibility, however, i don't think the north koreans have the will to fight. look at video clips of their city streets: they're zombies, under military lockdown all the time. if war breaks out, they will give up in hopes of a better life after the rebuilding.

Possibly, but China does'nt want us to come into their backyard either. I think China views the "little Guy" as a pest they have to tolerate for now.
