Cheesecake is so easy that I can't imagine wanting to use gelatin-based boxed products for a seriously inferior cheesecake!
Find a simple recipe, and mix all the filling ingredients (cheese, eggs, sugar, milk or cream and vanilla and/or lemon juice) in the food processor. Pour into a homemade or purchased graham cracker crust and bake. That's it! You can spread a little sour cream, canned pie filling or ganache (chocolate chips melted with a few tablespoons of cream) on top if you like (especially if it cracks.)
People seem to think cheesecake is hard to make, so you'll be considered a great baker! Another thing that's pretty easy, but quite impressive, is chocolate eclairs or cream puffs.

This isn't a true cheesecake but if your in a hurry it works. Cream together a pkg of cream cheese, an envelope of unflavored gelatin or a half pkg of lemon flavored gelatin. Sprinkle in some sugar. When that is blended well gently fold in a small container of cool whip. Spread in a ready made grahm cracker crust let set in fridge. Then just top with your favorite topping.

Just go out & do what I do, and buy you one of those, graham cracker, pie shells, premaid, and the jello, brand instant cheesecake, mix, in a box........Although, it does, say instant, you still might need, to either, mix it with a mixer, or with a whisk, or a fork, now if you dont have a mixer or a whisk, the fork will do, you'll just have to beat the mix, a little longer, than, if you had a mixer........ Good-Luck, & Happy Eating!!!!
