I would like to put posters in my office, but rather than frame them, I thought about just applying to the wall like you would put wallpaper or a border up. Has anyone tried this? Did it work?

That is so Parisian. Go to your local art store and purchase & use reversible wheat paste, so when you want the posters to come down, they will easily.

Do you mean, with glue, like you use on wallpaper? I wouldn't do that, if that's what you mean.

I have a lot of posters on the walls of my home. I use regular old scotch tape. For one thing, you can cut them down with a razor or knife, and not wreck the poster (I don't know what I'd do if my Jimi Hendrix Axis:Bold as Love poster was destroyed!!!) Another reason is that scotch tape won't ruin your walls.

you can use wallpaper paste if the posters aren't the glossy ones. dont think the glossy posters will stick using paste.the papery back ones might.
