Hello. I know that Water is very important for our body, so I'm trying to drink more. But water is kinda boring taste, so I sometimes switch to green tea or chinese tea whatever with taste(No Suger). Do you think any tea work as water?? or Water is better?? Does anybody know about that!? Thank you very much.

Any Tea that has caffine defeats the purpose of the water. However, some herbal teas that are derived from flowers, or fruit can replace some of the water consumption providing you do not make them strong and other sweetners etc. are not added.

Good luck!

I really don't think so because Im a huge green tea drinker and Im still dehydrated after I drink a bunch so i just stick with water. You can drink flavored water or even Gatorade.
