OK, if you want to lose weight without having to count calories or keep a daily diary of your food intake, try this:
1. Eat only when you're hungry. Your stomach must be grumbling. If it isn't, you're not hungry. If it is, make sure you're hungry and not just digesting your last meal/snack. If you're not sure, wait an hour. Your stomach will start grumbling again if you're hungry.
2. Don't overeat. You can either cut your portions down or just eat more slowly and stop once you start feeling full or when the food just doesn't taste as good as when you started eating.
3. Between meals, you're only allowed to drink water, diet soda, or unsweetened tea/coffee, and you can have sugar free gum and mints. Nothing else (remember, don't eat when you're not hungry).
4. Eat SOMETHING for breakfast every day within 90 minutes of getting out of bed. People who don't eat breakfast are 450% more likely to be overweight.
5. Use a common-sense approach. Don't deprive yourself of anything you like, but don't overdo. Also, go for the "good for you" stuff like fresh fruits and vegetables, lowfat dairy products, lean meats (especially fish and poultry), nuts, and whole grain breads/cereals/pasta as much as possible.
6. Do some kind of exercise every day, even if it's just a 15-minute walk. No excuses. You don't have to be a fixture at your local gym, but don't be a complete couch potato either.
Good luck!

Well, you could take some pictures of yourself wearing a dog collar, holding the morning paper in your mouth, and crawling about near a large dog kennel-type cage. Then just find the right perverted web sites, post the pics, and some (not so) kind hearted gentleman will take you in, and treat you like a beloved pet dog. This person will carefully monitor your food intake, feeding you on only the healthiest dog foods. He will walk you regularly for exercise, he will let you sit on his lap, he will pet you, and bathe you, and groom you regularly.
Eventually, you'll be in top condition... physically speaking anyway. As for your mental conditon... well, I guess it can't be much worse than it is now since you seem to think that weight lost is for a pussy... cat.

Hi
This programme helped me monitor what I eat and it sure did helped me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
good luck

Wow, you're a smart cat. You know how to use the computer? You could try exercising if you don't want to monitor what you eat.

I would say frozen meals like Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisines. I lost 30 lbs eating those twice a day.

I assume you are asking this question on behalf of your cat. You will have to place Fluffy on diet cat food. no table scraps. Measure his food. Become heartless when Fluffy yowls for more.
Encourage exercise by getting some fun toys. Feathers on a string do it for Lucy C. Tabby

you put this is in the "cat's" category! i assume this is about you. well you can always excercise. some of the thinnest people i know eat junk all day. its probably not the healthiest thing to do but if your active enough you can burn off anything. you just have to burn more calories than your taking in and if your eating junk, then its a lot more to burn off.
