that would require you to lose around 0.23lbs a day on average give or take and the safe way to lose that amount a day is to just eat senibly and exercise properly. NO sugary drinks, no alcohol, no cakes, no biscuits etc. Just healthy fruit and vegetables if you need or have a craving for fried food use olive oil it is the healthiest option. along with jogging, step ups, sit ups etc.

this would need to be a permenant dietary change if you intened to keep the weight off, other wise you may gain back upwards of 2 or 3 times the weight you lost.

good luck.
remember starvation is not an option as that will result in any fats eaten to be deposited insted of digested properly incase you decide to starve again. neither is bolemia. so what ever you do do it safely and consult a profesional.

1 stone=14 pounds

14 pounds in 9 weeks is a healthy goal. That's about a pound and a half a week.

Eat a balanced, nutritious diet, including fresh fruits and veggies, lowfat dairy and meats, whole grains, and don't forget to take a multivitamin and drink at least 64 oz. (about 2 litres) of water each day.

Exercise regularly. Try to aim for 1-2 days of weight training and 2-3 days of aerobic exercise each week, with about 30 minutes per session.

Good luck!

A stone is 14 pounds. I have lost twenty in nine weeks, by eating muesli with grapes and yogurt for breakfast, and evening meal. Lunch is ham sandwiches, with loads of fresh fruit and veg as snacks through the day. I feel great, look fitter, I am training well, getting back into running, I'm forty, male 5'10" and with a 31 inch waist, which is still shrinking, and a 46" chest. Just dump the chocolate, the comfort eating, no alcohol, and learn to defeat hunger with raw carrots!

Fasting is a good solution.
Say, have breakfast early morning (7.00am), don't eat anything except drink plenty of juice/water through the day (fizzy drink is not allowed).
Need 2 rest? have a little nap around 12noon... (an hour or so)
Do exercise dear (an hour daily is enough...)
Have dinner at 7.00pm (no fish n chips, but the healthy one, like rice and chicken...cut the alcohol and cigarette)
No supper or junk food. Extra fruit is essential.
Make it as a routine. You'll see the result in 4 weeks.

drastically cut down on refined carbs like bread, pasta etc. Eat more fresh fruit and veg.

cut out fizzy drinks - they're killing you anyway.

Eat small meals on a regular basis - 4-5 small meals a day is better than 2-3 big ones.

eat breakfast - it helps get your metabolism (energy burning system) going for the day.

take some moderate exercise every day - 15 - 20 minutes.

A stone in 9 weeks is achievable if you stick with it.

I am not really sure what a stone is, but if I was you I would eat lots of fruits and veggies and lean meat. Eat about 5 small meals a day and drink a shitload of water. Make sure to get about an hour of physical activity in there to.

Stop drinking, alcohol is turned back into sugar in the body, cut down on ready made meals, lots of fats and sugar in these, no curries or indian takaways.....they use a lot of vegetable ghee, which is pure saturated fat.......let one go cold to discover this. And finaly get a developed taste for GREEN TEA, it's rumored to burn up fat, tho it does make you wee a bit more.......small price, AND it's full of antioxidants.
