There are lot of free clinics, but there could be a lot more missing.
Good thing is you can add a clinic if you know one.

yes, every county has a local health department, staff is not warm and friendly, but the health service is very good. payment is usually on a sliding scale, but most of the time free of charge. As for dental, you can go to the local community college and have students work on you, they are supervised by their instuctors. When i was in college thats what i had to do.

Here in Cleveland, Ohio, there is a place called NEON that offers medical and dental services at discounted rates or no cost.

Call your county's department of social services. Most have services (if you qualify) for medical and dental. If not free, based on your ability to pay.
