My fiance doesn't want me to do it becuase he says guys will be making passes at me and the thought of me touching other guys turns him off completely. How can I let him know that its just a job? Can he really be this insecure?
Oh, and how do I go about becoming one? I need a website, school, anything in Austin, Texas!

Want to address your BF's issue with you wanting to be a massage therapist. His jealousy is not based on facts. He must be very insecure and not trust you very much. A certified massage therapist is a fine profession and can open up opportunities at resort and spas worldwide. I have a friend that is one on a cruise ship and loves her job. Go for it and let him deal with his issues by himself.

No, there is nothing wrong with being a massage therapist. My sister went to school at PCI (not sure if there is one in your area) and she learned a lot, however she is having problems finding a job. I think if you could explain that there are a lot of good place where you won't be hit on by guys he may be more understanding, like a hospital would be a good place to work without that worry.

I dont believe in massage...but if medical then ok ..besides it pays well,,,and ur boyfriend himself can have a proffesional massage..good for him
