Constantly Drink water... then by the third day, down a small bottle of vinegar... it really helps clear it all out, even though it sounds gross and it may be hard to do, but you wont have anything left after 2 weeks if you do that

everyone seems to think that drinking lots of water will do it, but you need more than just that. dring GALLONS of water each day, and exercise like a fiend in your spare time. you need to be constantly sweating and peeing.
