It is best to start your own group that is what I my brother and friends did. There is a total of four of us and all have some sort of training be it from Tia-kwon-do to the youngest member who is learning from the rest of the group. So, I would say to be subtle and ask around and make your own group. peace

Yes... it's call "Special Force" or "Spy". You're most likely too young. beside that, you probably would perfer to run away and hide from the war instead of fight in it. So don't even bother.
