hard to say. a terroist is most likely an everyday civilian who is hired to do the deeds of the payoff person or group. most likely this so called ter. has alot of money and is able to be well liked in his city without worry of me and you ever knowing. i would say this terroist/everyday civilian lives in a city like washington dc where its hard to know what alot of people realy do and who they really are. this is also a city where goverments from all over the world could make contact pay the large sums of money with no one even being the wiser. also this money would be clean off shore money of the rich and powerful. and as we all suspect war is big money to the rich and powerful and the socalled terroist in this day and time is most likely to give reason to start a war and in turn the person or group that paid for the service is going to make big giant profits in the name of protection.
