The only way you can prove that God exists beyond a shadow of a doubt is if you could actually see him. Until God appears and has some kind of tv interview, there is no proof. I know that there are millions of people who believe that he exists and no one can tell them otherwise and that is fine. I respect that belief because I have my own. But you can prove that he exists like you can prove a theorem or anything scientifically. Just like you believe the bible is true, muslims believe in their book.
Also, I watch the discovery and history channel a lot. They have episodes where they try to prove parts of the bible. There are a lot of parts that can be proved untrue. That doesn't necesssarily mean God doesn't exist, but I think the Bible was meant for a guide and not to be taken too literally.

To say that people can prove that God exists or that the Bible is true, is a foolish act.
You and I follow Jesus on a principle of faith, not knowledge.
And Muslims do the EXACT SAME THING.

If you like to know more details about the one God of the whole creation and not only for Christians or Muslims you should read the universal knowledge of the Vedas. God is one with unlimited names; religion is one with many names - devotion to God is the essence.
Please, chant Hare Krishna and be happy.
Type in and visit "bhaktivedanta108" the first site in the google result and find an essay of many syllogisms proving the existence of God.

Um.. excuse me? you say you can PROVE that god exists because he's mentioned in the bible? Is that what I'm reading here?
Because that's like proving that Frodo is real because he's mentioned in the Lord of the Rings.
Proof, regarding your god, is non-existent in the REAL world. None, nada, zip.
The next person that provides credible proof of the existence of god or any other pixie, leprechaun or fairie, will be the first. In history.
So please, try not to point out inequities in another persons mythology when your own is so full of it you could spread it on farmers fields.
Understood?

The Bible, like all religious works compiled by mankind, can be both constructive and destructive. Which do you choose?
The proofs of the historical 'ruler of life' do not prove God exists as percieved in biblical of other religious writings. It only proves that life does have rules, and can be influenced by historical references to prove that rules do apply and exist. Muslim beliefs are based on the same 'constructive or destructive' elements of reference in their religious books ~ just like referenced biblical beliefs.

Exactly which version of the bible is true?
Just curious 'cause I want to make sure I read the right version so I can show my ignorance with class.
Now when you go spouting off about something like that, wouldn't you think you would have at least read some of the bible? It's pretty obvious that you haven't read much if any at all.

Alright i'm actually curious about this proof you have for the bible. I mean so you actually have proof that shows without a doubt that christianity is the right religion and is the ultimate truth? Before you answer I just have to ask you to not use faith to explain faith, such as using the bible to try and show proof. Christianity is a religion of faith and faith is a lack of facts and proof.

I will give you the benefit of the doubt that you are well intentioned, trying to lead people to the love of God as you have found it in Christianity. Your challenge of Islam is ineffective I'm afraid, as Islam is equally faith-based. And it is damaging to the dialogue that needs to be improved between us.
I invite and encourage you to open your mind and heart to the positive voices of Islam where you may find them. For example, "Marissa" sometimes posts answers in YA (she answered this question as a matter of fact) and I have found much common ground with her because I am open to hearing the opinions of others when they are offered respectfully and thoughtfully.
I am Christian and I believe that God exists and that the bible is the true Word of God. But notice that I use the word "believe". If you are honest with yourself you will have to admit that it is the same word that you also use. God cannot be proven or disproven, friend.
If on the other hand, my hope that you are well-intentioned is misplaced, I pray that you will be shown for being fraudulent in your faith, as a true follower of Christ would not set out to attack other searchers of truth, but would rather simply share his/ her own experience of God and then wait upon the Holy Spirit of God, whose work it is to reveal truth to hearts and minds. If this is not your idea of being a Christian, my prayer is that you will pray to God, study His Word and listen for answers.
Peace and grace of Christ to you.
