W/e you have in your fridge...I usually half little round bread and make a hot sandwich with mozzarella and tomatoes. if you are more elegant in dining try simple pasta chicken stirfry (watch out for over frying small pieces of chicken) with homemade dressing (oil, mustard, lemon juice, very little garlic, salt, pepper)

today for lunch I had a sandwhich with beef carpaccio, salad, tomato and potato salad
that was very good !
and some melon too
and a coffee with a mini brownie, a mini muffin and a mini cookie for dessert ! yummy !

Sweet Tomatoes! its a salad buffet here in Houston with fresh everything and soups made from scratch everyday along with fresh bread and pasta. its great!
