Don't do this if you are underage, but...
I had a doctor tell me once that drinking a six pack of beer helps flush it out and helps with the pain. I haven't tried it myself, but it was told to me by a real live certified physician.

It is always wisest to consult yory physician if you have an attack of renal colic. But you should also drink large quantities of water-at least eight to ten-ounce. glasses a day. This should help flush any stones you may have through your urinary tract and help prevent other stones from forming. To relieve pain, you should take a mild analgesic such as aspirin or a stronger medication if your Dr. prescribes one. Any stone with a diameter of more than about 5 mm is likely to remain in your kidney, because it is too large to pass into the ureter. Such trapped stones may not be a problem if only a few are formed. Also, very small stones seldom cause problems, since they are easily carried into the ureter and passed in the urine. A larger stone, however, may cause pain if and when it enters the ureter with urine bound for the bladder.
There is no satisfactory medical treatment for kidney stones that do not pass of their own accord. However, if your body forms stones made of uric acid because of a metabolic disorder, your physician may prescribe drugs that can prevent stones from forming in some cases. If a stone causes blockage in the lower third of your ureter it can sometimes be removed by manipulation during cystoscopy, using specially designed instruments.

I don't know if there is any way to pass it through your system with out it hurting, it is after all solid and you are pushing through a system made for liquid. But (I am not a doctor) I have heard of a procedure that uses intense sound waves to break the stone up inside of you, I think it is call sonic something, I am sure you can read about it on the Internet somewhere. You then pass the residue through your system, but with little pain due to the fact that the stone has been disintegrated. No surgery, no laser, no pain. Just sound waves. A good web site to find out about such things is called "webmd". Look into it yourself. I hope this helped a little and good luck.

There are herbal teas that you can drink to help dissolve the stone.
My husband has poly-cystic kidney disease which is a genetic degenerative disease - no treatment in Western Medicine. He had 3 stones in one kidney (mm-10, 7, 4) and cysts covering the other kidney. Since my husbands kidneys were so delicate, the herbal teas I got from health food stores were not correct biochemistry so they hurt him more. We went to a chinese medicine/acupuncture clinic (Tortoise Clinic, Destin-FL). There we got better teas and a little acupuncture to clear the stones. The 4mm dissolved completely. He peed out the 7 and10 with hardly any pain - more surprise.
Now that we have the experience with the clinic - unless we need emergency surgery and vaccines at the health dpt - none in our family (including the children) will never see an MD again. We love it and get results including for colds and flu.

My Doctor Told Me the depressing news - "Your Kidneys Are FAILING!"
My worsening kidney disease symptoms included:
- Nausea and vomiting and constant stomach upset
- Passing only small amounts of urine and stopping and starting while urinating
- Swelling in my ankles and lower legs
- Puffiness around my eyes with brain fog and moodiness
- Chronic fatigue and shortness of breath when exerting myself
- Loss of appetite and not wanting to eat at all
- Increasingly higher blood pressure
- Bouts of anxiety and depression
- Muscle cramps which were worse in my legs
That a friend of mine sent me a link to a website (http://NatureHomeCure.com) that helped his Mother. She was just like me, and was suffering with failing kidneys and experienced the same worries and fears I was going through. All I could do was try it and see if it worked.
Here's where the story gets a little strange. Two months later, Instead of my kidneys sliding down the slippery slope of kidney failure and getting progressively worse, they started to get better.
My Doctor could not believe how much improved my kidney function output had increased and my GFR was UP and creatinine levels lower. My kidneys were starting to work again, and removing all the toxins in my body. I got my life back!
Now, I am using this 100% all natural protocol which restored my kidney function and did it naturally, without the use of unnatural man-made pharmaceutical drugs or dialysis. In less than two months my kidneys were on the mend. Now six months later, My kidney's are back to normal again.

Hey Guy,
My Brother had the same thing.
The doctor used an Ultra sound and disinagrated the stone. He then pissed the pieces out. This did not require an operation.
Hope that this helped.

Thre are remedies in alternative methods. But it all depends the sevearity of the problem, and no. of stones developed , how long you are suffering and other physical health disorders you have, like so many. So, keeping all this view, if you are already suffering for too long, it is better to have a MRI first and then decide the course of method.

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.
They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!
This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease.
It was easy to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in better ranges.
