They have the best cheese dip/sauce. I have been trying to find the recipe, but haven't had any luck. I was hoping that maybe someone out there has worked for them or something and has the recipe. Thanks in advance!

It is probably in the southern states only. I don't want it spicy. El Charo's doesn't make theirs spicy. It's white cheese (not sure if its mozzarella or what).

I don't know, but here is a good one, melt velveeta cheese add 1 can of cr of mushroom soup, a can of rotele tomatoes, garlic powder,1 lb of cooked sausage, drained, this is so good, Mix it all together put in crockpot , it is so good. Hope you give it a try.

not sure where el charos is but:
melt some velveeta with a little cream cheese and add salsa to it

C is right. It is Bleu Cheese, butter and crushed garlic. I too don t know the proportions but there must be a recipe somewhere online. I will keep searching.

go to your local grocery store and they will have it there. i buy the cheese dip all the time at food lion or Wal Mart.
