I've found Progressive rates to be very competitive in PA.

Try getting a quote online. I am paying less than 1/2 of what I was before after going online & submitting a quote request – I got five quotes & was able to pick the best price/coverage.

Geico isn't bad in NJ - it all depends on the amount of coverage you get.
I would avoid Allstate - they are pretty high.
