I dont know if it is the End of the world no one will know till the last any way. There has been alot of things from the Bible that has came true . (God's word says you do not know the day, year or hour that Jesus will return Only God knows that. The main thing is live a Godly life just in case HE Does!)

Hello!

I have read that throughout history, people have been proclaiming that it is near the end. I can remember reading that when histeria about the end increased as 1999 was turning into 2000, the same thing happened when 1899 was turning into 1900. I can only imagine how end of the world theories must have been when 999 was turning into 1000, especially in light of Christ coming back in 1000 years.

My personal opinion is that many people who claim that it is near the end are hoping for an escape from their lives. They may be depressed, stressed out, or just tired of life. They wisely chose not to commit suicide or engage in dangerous behavior, but they look forward to the end of the world as the end of their problems. The apocalypse would be the easy way out, and that exit would not be the responsibiltiy of those people. They may also look forward to going to heaven and/or other afterlife paradises.

I remember my mom focusing on the end of the world before she got her depression treated. After treatment, she is now looking forward to life. I feel that instead of thinking about the apocalypse, we should be dealing with life--striving to solve both our own problems and helping with others'. Nobody truly knows when (or even if) the world will end, so we should instead work on making this world a better place for everyone.

Revelations already happened. There was a group of early Christians who believed in it and they were destroyed at the exact city that they predicted-called Megadon. It is NOT the end of the world, at least that kind of end of the world, nor will there ever be.

It's not close to being the end of the world so you needn't worry about it. The prophecies say that certain events like the 30 years of uninterrupted WORLD PEACE have to occur first and that we need to be united under one WORLD leader. Neither of these events has happened or is likely to happen so you definately don't have to worry about the end of the world. Now WWIII is a different issue...PEACE!

CNN and some politicians will say anything to get attention. Its gotten to the point where they have to mention the end of the world. Next the universe will implore it a few weeks when its ratings time.

So many things in Revelations are coming true now, that it is scary. I watched a show on this, and people for centuries have thought the world was ending so this is reassuring.

People are easily confused. Every year there is someone somewhere who proclaims it's the end of the world. Jesus himself believed that the end of the world would come within his natural lifetime.

It will eventually. It's OK. As long as you are living your life as righteously as you possibly can, it wont even matter.
