They are called Stick Up Bulbs - But read on.

35 lumens is equal to about a 5 watt incandescent bulb would emit (5 watts * 6.7 est lm/w = 33.5 Lms).
You can buy this if you want a night light in your closet. Even at that there are cheaper choices.
P.S. On the website above watch the video - Right after the Westinghouse banner the host comes on. Watch the stage illuminate from the bottom left of the screen when the light comes on - not from the center where the light is. Oh, and how about the missing shadow? Click reload on your browser and watch it a couple of times. All that light is a videography trick the marketing folks used to sell their product.
