Beef steak! Get a good steak, preferrable w/0 bones. Put it over your eye. It will draw out the redness and aching. Old home remedy.

Put some Ice on it, or really cool cloths,, maybe if you not have any ice you can use steak or pork chops in there package to cool it,, this will take the pulse out of it,, but for the pain you should take a advil or tylenol for pain..
