Yesterday, I turned my phone on, and you usually have to enter a PIN code to get in. Well, my friends were trying to guess the code, but they guessed too many times, and now I can't get in!! Now it says to enter the PUK code. I don't know what that is!! Is this only temporary, or do I have to do something to get out of it?? It's a Nokia 3220. Best answer gets 10 points!!!

I got it fixed now. I had to take it to the service provider and all they had to do was switch out the SIM card. It didn't cost me anything. :)

Call your service provider. They have PUK codes in their system to unlock your phone. You will have to choose another PIN code after your phone is unlocked.
P.S. Don't let your friends play with your phone... lol.

Oh my daughter did that to her cell phone boy was I mad. I had to call the service provider and they had to re-set it. It ended up costing me 30.00 good luck.
