I always thought that going out with someone meant that the person liked me in a special way. That was the culture back then. Now, if people want to be just friends, it seems that they do it in groups. Singling a person out to go out with alone makes them feel special. You need to be clear with her/them what kind of special you mean.

First of all I dont trust no one. Especially guys with women there is no guy unless he's gay that does not think of pssy all the time and how the women want it and where flirtation is always going on and it depends on how the girl pertays herself as well don't give a guy the ok and trust me it's easy for a girl to give the wrong hint and guys don't know the diffrence between a friendly girl and a flirtatious girl

Because guys are always trying to find a new way into the pants of a girl without "wanting to start a relationship". I am a guy and that never changes. Then when it comes down to it she says, " I thought that"....and he is like, "Well nothing was talked about, I can't be your bf..." It's a vicious cycle

not all females think a guy wants to have a relationship. but the ones that does feel this way is probably because they already like the guy on that level to begin with. maybe they have a history b4 u, when guys took them out and claimed they wanted a relationship when all they wanted was the drawls. u have 2 know the girls history b4 (dating) taking them out.

We tend to think just because a guy go out with us he want to be with us and we start looking for a relationship to come out of it.

If you just want to be friends, I suggest you make this clear on the first date out so no one can be hit with a surprise later.

I don't think a guy wants a relationship unless he's upfront about it.... I have alot of male friends (i don't sleep with them) and have no problem being just friends. And have no problem with having a friend with benefits as long as everything is clear on both sides.

When you went out, did you make it seem like you liked her more than friends? Cuz that is usually the problem. Guys think they are just innocently flirting while the girl sits there and thinks... WOW this guy really likes me.

I'm feeling the same way except with guys. Can't we just be friends?? Sure, if thats all you want you need to make it clear from the beginning. That way they know thats all you're available for right now.

Not all girls are like that... a lot of the time it's the guy that makes the mistake of giving off the wrong signals.

Many times guys give off the wrong vibe. If you only want to be friends say it up front that way there will be no confusion.
