No..I have 3 peking ducks and they do it too when they get excited or hot.
How old is the duck? I'm not sure about the balance thing hun..I'm sorry.

sounds like resparitory problems---nothing that Aureomycin or Tetracycline cant help---go to astore that sells chicken stuff, etc.
