You can't stop them from doing anything. You just need to voice up that you don't need to hear it and they should respect that and shut up. My mom used to tell me that I was going to get fat if I kept eating the way I did (this was in middle school). I became anorexic for the first part of highschool and it took a long time to get healthy again. Good for you for running 2 miles a day. Don't give that up. Its about alot more than what you weigh and how little you are. If you are happy, your clothes fit, you are capable (you can run 2 miles, which is alot more than some stick thin people can) you are doing great.

You don't sound fat to me. You must be in good shape to run 2 miles a day. Try to ignore your family, don't let them mess with your self esteem.

You could try telling them that if you hear another word about your weight that you will start eating a carton of ice cream every night. lol

Show them where your real strength lies... by telling them to go and gain some weight and then if they do happen to be naive enough to do so... tell them to loose it.
Then repeat the cycle.
JUst be yourself !
