Also there's a magazine which I think comes out every couple of months and loads of recipe books as well. You can probably get some from ebay.

Get some chicken breasts (High in protein, low in fat)
Marinate them for 2 days in the fridge (yes, you will notice the difference). For a marinade try something quick in the bottle and coat it, let it sit in a ziplock bag or container. You can also add a little grated ginger to any marinade you find. It helps to digest food better.
Make some brown rice but cook it in low sodium chicken or vegetable broth instead of water. When it's almost done, add fresh peas, diced carrots, mix gently and top with a little fresh parsley.
That was simple...
Also, if you get a pork tenderloin it's not as bad as most think. The secret with the tendoloin? Make a few small slits all around and in the pork, and drop some garlic into those slits. Season it how you like and let it bake for a couple hours. Delicious!

Oh a WW question! that's what i've got been doing, so i could have some issues here.... one factor i like to have each and each of the time is salmon, oftentimes basically baked or grilled with lemon squeezed on perfect and lemon pepper. in case you have the factors, slice some brie and lay it over the salmon in the previous cooking. i comprehend it sounds weird and wonderful, despite the fact that it is so stunning. i do no longer undergo in techniques the factors off the perfect of my head although. And, in elementary terms a tip: flavored teas sweetened with splenda are 0 factors and could be superb to your diabetes, so win-win :D.
