Dont know but would like to see what answers you get, because my 8 year old son sucks his thumb and i cant get him to stop

Hot pepper juice from a fresh pepper. Wear a glove over the thumb.

You could try the nail vanish that tastes horrible, its used to stop people from biting their nails, but i guess you could use it to stop you from sucking your thumb. its available from most chemists, and boots and superdrug definaltly do it.

I sucked my thimb until I was 17 when I got my tongue pierced,its a bit extreme but it worked for me.

i can honestly say i have never heard of someone that age sucking their thumb. chew gum...maybe.....at least you don't have the nicotine addiction to deal with!

I'm the same, i don't do it as much now i keep my hands busy doing other things and at night i put my hand under the pillow

Buy some bitter almond from a chemist then liberally apply it to your thumb.
