Every sect, as far as reason will help them, make use of it gladly; and where it fails them, they cry out, "It is a matter of faith, and above reason."

Inane doubletalk and gibberish does not make something memorable.

Succinct and erudite is memorable:

"Men never do evil so completely and cheerfully as when they do it from a religious conviction."
- Blaise Pascal

"There are none more ignorant and useless, than they that seek answers on their knees, with their eyes closed."
- anonymous

"Hands that help are better than lips that pray."

Everyone who relies on this "faith" thing has to realize that its just another form of the ol' "trust me" line. Snake oil salesmen and child molesters have relied on it for a long time. Its just a marketing tool used by the really sleazy who have no real way to convince you of truth or good intentions...because there is none! Trust me on this.

Ah yes, the old "if you convince yourself that god really exists then you'll begin to see reasons to believe that god really exists" line. Quite revealing in a way.
