Walking is the best exercise you can do. It helps burn calories at the same time is the least expensive of all. Cycling can also be a good alternative. Eat in moderation not necessary vegetables. Whatever you eat ... be moderate in your intake do not overdo. Have a very light dinner, preferably two hours before you go to sleep. Go for a short walk after your meals.

Well, the 'standard' weight for women (in the 18-25 age range, anyway) is supposed to be 5' 0" = 100 pounds, and add 5 pounds for each inch over 5 feet... That would mean that you are, at most, 5 pounds over 'ideal' (5' 5" = 125 pounds). Now, we all know that women gain and lose a little weight over the course of each month, and that just having large breasts can add a couple pounds. So it sounds to me like you don't need to lose weight, but if you aren't happy with how you look, try something to tone your muscles. (A trick I use to tone my middle without exercise -- tighten the tummy muscles and hold. You can even do this while watching television...) Sit-ups also work; even just a few minutes a day helps.

First of all, your weight is not bad. Don't use sauna twin. Exercise, crunches work really well and you could try Pilates or Yoga. They have some wonderful tapes and dvd's out there that are only 15-30 minutes at a time. Just stay healthy.

You do not need to diet. It is not necessary, as you are at an ideal weight.
What you can do is eat as healthily as possible. Not all vegetables taste that bad, you just need to try some new things, do you like salad?
As for your belly, I'd suggest lots of sits up and crunches on a daily basis. If you increase your aerobic activity, tone up and eat well, you will find the weight drops off without ever needing to diet.
Take care : )

First off, Kellonk, yes you are too small.
According to the BMI, (for calculating healthy weight for females). Begin at 100lbs and five feet. Add 3 to 5 lbs for every inch over 5'
In regard you question, Brenda, as for losing weight without eating properly or excercising, it isn't likely to happen. Find a way to get some excercise.... walk your dog daily, do yardwork, etc. Something that involves motion but won't bore you. You do need to eat vegies, tho... along with the other basic food groups, in proper balance, along with excercising in order to lose and mantain wieght.

Three times a week, take a walk at lunch instead of eating a full meal and don't eat after seven. Buy those tuna and cracker lunch deals for those days when you walk. Watch the pounds fly away.

do some cardio; run, brisk walk, bike whatever you need to do to get your heart rate up for at least 30 mins a day. you would also need to do some strength training such as push ups sit ups and crunches to increase your muscle mass but not to build big muscles. this will help boost your metabolism and help you lose some weight and appear more fit. you cant do spot work out you will need to lean out your whole body

Your height and weight would make you look nicely feminine. I wouldn't change a thing. You really can be too thin...just look at most actresses and models. That's not attractive or realistic.
